I love apricot sauce. It really is a wonder because, besides the flavour it gives to fish, chicken, pork, etc., it is very simple to make.
Ingredients and method:
Place dried apricots in a bowl and add water (put water level to the apricots), sugar and set aside for 30 minutes. Mix in a blender until it becomes a paste. Place over low heat, stirring until boiling. Let cool and serve.
It is a sauce that prettifies any dish. On this day, I used the sauce to serve tuna with salad and potatoes in the oven.
