I’m always motivated when I am creating my dishes especially when I’m adding simple ingredients in search of a unique flavour. A succulent dish with mussels! =)

Eu sempre fico motivada quando eu estou criando os meus pratos principalmente quando eu estou adicionando simples ingredientes em busca de um sabor único. Um suculento prato com mexilhões!

This dish was as light as my feeling while I was preparing it. I managed to raise the taste of seafood without losing sight of the other ingredients. With garlic, olive oil, sea salt, white wine, ground black pepper and without the pepper’s acidity, the mussels were a delight served with rice and carrots.

A dish full of flavour, lightness and juiciness highlighted with the seafood flavour.

Este prato ficou leve como o meu sentimento enquanto eu estava preparando. Eu consegui elevar o gosto do fruto do mar sem perder de vista os outros ingredientes. Com alho, azeite de oliva, sal marinho, vinho branco, pimenta preta moída e sem a acidez do pimentão, os mexilhões ficaram uma delícia acompanhados com arroz e cenoura.

Um prato cheio de sabor, leveza e uma suculência ressaltada com o sabor do fruto do mar.
