A spring side dish

Despite the bad news about the violence in my state(RN) at Brazil last weekend and our long Mondays, we are celebrating the spring season in a beautiful way this week.

The sun is warming our home and we are so hopeful. Our meals are getting much more colourful. It is so natural…

This is a spring inspired side dish. It is just a combination of butter beans, red onions, tomatoes, dill, and a bit of olive oil with vinegar.

Try it! 🙄

Behind the curtains!

I cook at least 80 dishes per day. There are many things behind the flavours and colours. Sometimes I have the chance to appreciate the happiness and the pretty treatment of the meals showed through the customers photos.

Buckwheat with squash

“Buckwheat with squash, dates , almonds and celery…insanely delicious and here I used to think healthy food is boring”

Little actions ventilate behind the curtains!

Maltese spring 2016

Yesterday the spring invited us to enjoy the flowers in the garden.
Today the birds were our alarm clock. It was not ringing, it was singing the most beautiful notes for life. We weren’t later,
nothing more to ask… I can not understand, but it is so mysterious and cheerful.
I was inspired and feeling so lucky that I decided to try something new.
“A cappuccino with ice, please.” What a disaster! The important is to try.

I tried another new thing which I could put my soul. A salad with avocado. The important is to try.

A new experience

Last Monday the weather was lovely to pick ingredients from the garden. Think with me about freshness, picking oranges, lemons, celery, leaves and then smell your hands. 🙂

Cooking class a Villa Bologna

I am writing about my first cooking class time in which was possible the contact with the nature, go to the kitchen to make delicious dishes and then sit down with the group to enjoy the flavours together. I learned so much!
