A spring side dish

Despite the bad news about the violence in my state(RN) at Brazil last weekend and our long Mondays, we are celebrating the spring season in a beautiful way this week.

The sun is warming our home and we are so hopeful. Our meals are getting much more colourful. It is so natural…

This is a spring inspired side dish. It is just a combination of butter beans, red onions, tomatoes, dill, and a bit of olive oil with vinegar.
