How nice is the smell of the kitchen of my Brazilian family. I miss it a lot.
This is my cooked and sautéed Yam with dill and served with pork meat.

Brown rice, broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes mixed with fried onions in a little olive oil invited the black pepper and a little apple cider vinegar to become a wonderful taste.

Yesterday the spring invited us to enjoy the flowers in the garden.
Today the birds were our alarm clock. It was not ringing, it was singing the most beautiful notes for life. We weren’t later, nothing more to ask… I can not understand, but it is so mysterious and cheerful.
I was inspired and feeling so lucky that I decided to try something new.

Last Monday the weather was lovely to pick ingredients from the garden. Think with me about freshness, picking oranges, lemons, celery, leaves and then smell your hands. 🙂
I am writing about my first cooking class time in which was possible the contact with the nature, go to the kitchen to make delicious dishes and then sit down with the group to enjoy the flavours together. I learned so much!

Today the ‘Magrelinhos’ ate this delicious pasta salad. For this dish I used cabbage, pasta, a mix of vegetables, olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. 🙂
You do not need to spend so much money to have healthy meals at home. If you start looking in this direction, it is not difficult to realize that there are numerous options of delicious and healthy meals cooked with simple ingredients.
Stuffed Green Peppers with rice, capers, onion and tuna. They are simply delicious and they freeze well too.
