Today I took some pictures of one of the places that touch my soul. Selmum! Few minutes of walking and then, fantastic views! But it would have been better if we had found the “cache” . 😀

Hoje eu tenho algumas fotos de um dos lugares que tocam a minha alma. Selmum!  Alguns minutos de caminhada e então, fantásticas vistas! Mas teria sido melhor se nós tivessemos achado a “cache“. 😀

Dish of the week

In Brazil it is still summer. My mom has told me has been raining in our State ( we call these rain ‘corn rains‘ or ‘summer rains’). Here on the island the spring is coming. The song of the birds have multiplied and the sun’s rays are focusing more joy in our home. Because of that, this week we had the chance to go to the beach to enjoy this beautiful change. The sunlight was shining slightly! I like to enjoy as much as I can the sunshine or rain, the flying of the dried leaves or the colours of the fruits in life.

Although I’m loving feel the change of the seasons, I grew up without these seasonal waits and it also has a lot of value to me. How beautiful are the flowers in autumnal calendar or the sun illuminating our Christmas spirit.

Yesterday I prepared a delicious dish with chicken liver and cucumber. I gave a cool and delicious value for an unusual dish. I’m not afraid to try my culinary creations, but of course I was a little afraid to serving it. Oh, I served my dish! ♥

The result was simply a delicious meal and each ingredient was valued. Our enthusiasm while we ate was very pleasant, a mixture of all seasons. 🙂

Prato da semana

No Brasil ainda é verão. A mãe tem me falado que tem chovido em nosso Estado (nós chamamos estas chuvas de “chuvas do milho” ou “chuvas de verão”). Aqui na ilha a primavera está chegando. O canto dos pássaros se multiplicaram e os raios de sol estão incidindo com mais alegria em nossa casa. Por causa disso, esta semana nós tivemos a chance de ir até a praia para apreciar esta mudança linda. O leve pulsar do sol! Eu gosto de aproveitar o máximo que eu posso os raios de sol ou a chuva, o voar das folhas secas ou os frutos em Vida.

Apesar de eu estar amando sentir a troca das estações do ano, eu cresci sem estas esperas sazonais e isso também tem muito valor para mim. Como são lindas as flores em pleno calendário outonal ou  o sol iluminando nosso espírito Natalino.

Eu preparei um delicioso prato com fígado de frango e pepino. Eu dei um valor legal e delicioso para um prato não muito comum. Eu não tenho medo de criar meus pratos, mas é claro que eu fico com um medinho quando vou servi-los. Ah, Eu servi!

O resultado foi simplesmente uma deliciosa refeição na qual cada ingrediente foi ressaltado. O nosso entusiasmo enquanto comíamos foi muito prazeroso, uma mistura de todas as estações 🙂
